Update: I initiated a sprint just as the 15 minute warning popped up before downtime, and it had the same effect as when I get shot while initiating a sprint, except it lasted close to a minute, so I had time to make observations. It did indeed ...

It seems to be a lot more noticeable if you use Complex Kinetic Catalysers. Getting shot prevents you from activating sprint, and then it slows you down further. If they are going to have a mechanic that slows you down, it should let you activate...

With the post 1.7 HMG fix I am not crouching any more, but I still seem to be moving at crouching speeds when I am taking fire. It is getting increasingly frustrating!
